We are working as hard as we can to get your order to you.
Due to the effects of Covid-19 our shipping times are taking longer than usual. If you wish for your product to be sent urgently please select International Courier. Alternatively your items will be sent as soon as possible post lockdown.
Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address.
Power Skin Solutions will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, Power Skin Solutions is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
For purchases outside of New Zealand, Power Skin Solutions is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.
Power Skin Solutions and its partners endeavour to have most items dispatched within 48 hours after payment being received. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday along with any public holidays.
All shipping within New Zealand is $8 per order unless otherwise stated. International Freight charges apply to all overseas orders.
All items are sent via our trusted partner post or courier services ensuring prompt and safe shipping right around New Zealand. Most items can be delivered to your home, work or to any other nominated address in New Zealand.
Rest of World – pricing is based on the weight of products ordered plus geographic location. International orders are sent by NZ Post. Estimated delivery time of 10-14 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and time of year. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer. For purchases made outside of New Zealand, Power Skin Solutions is not responsible for taxes, Customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.
