Nick, aka The Honourable Nicholas Alexander Florescu Honorary Consul General of Romania and Dominique frequently entertain dignitaries in their home – where they want the people who walk through their door to instantly feel like they’ve “just been given a warm blanket, and a cup of coffee.”
What Does Dominique Sachse Eat?
In terms of diet and nutrition, Dominique is a believer in intermittent fasting only eating within an 8 hour time frame on any given day eg between 12 noon and 8pm.
She makes sure that she keeps up with her water, snacks on slightly salted roasted almonds, uses stevia as a sweetener in her food and drinks, and typically eats a healthy meal of salad with lots of produce and a little protein such as chicken.
What Exercise Does Dominique Do?
Dominique believes that movement is very important for both the body and the mind. On days where she doesn't/can't work out, she'll go for a 3 mile walk in her neighbourhood.
